Our experienced Nutrional Therapist Ali ensures sessions are client-centered and founded on nutritional science, working alongside medical intervention. Genetic, environmental & lifestyle factors are taken into account to support the whole person.

Initial consultations are 60-90 minutes in duration: with a focus on the clients health concerns & goals. We will discuss your health concerns and put a plan together. Following the consultation you will receive a pack which includes specific recommendations, meal ideas/plan, recipes & lifestyle recommendations to support your goals.

Follow ups are usually 45 minutes: these will help you review and celebrate your progress, stay focused, address challenges you might be having and give you additional tools to make further changes. Changes take time and follow up sessions are key to the process of change.
